I’ve seen convoys of clapped out cars like this going down the road before but I’ve never seen them with the audacity to park over night in a truckers space nor have I seen them headed in a direction that is not possibly Mexico. (I’ve heard they are scrap cars headed to Mexico before and these are in a rest area on i64 East, east of Richmond Virginia)
