I got side swiped by this SUV when traveling on CA-99 Northbound near exit 298A. Asshole took off running after swiping me and Fled. Little does he knows I have camera proof of the time and the damage that happened to his SUV. As you can see, I was still in my lane and he just came over to me with no warning
