Asparagus, tri colored baby carrots, yellow squash, zucchini, pablano, broccoli florets, brocolinni, red onion, garlic, heirloom tomato, beets, watermelon radish and garnished with golden goose berries, rosemary and dill.
Grilled veg recipe-
Just coat desired veg in oil and add a pinch of salt and pepper and spread out veg in a pan. Do not over fill the pan. If its too much it will stem and not really roast fully.
Pre heat and cook your veg in a 400-425 oven until charred and roasted. Each veg is different, could be 3-5 minutes for Asparagus, or 4-5 for broccoli, or 10 for squash etc.
