Just got CDL, been driving for Schneider for about 5 months now. Solo driver OTR home on weekends. Ive always heard the first year or two of trucking can be difficult but is this normal? I feel like I could find anywhere else and make more. Especially if I waited till I got 6 months.
This company sucks. Management sucks. Kind of want to get my six months and leave.
