I figured a big bowl of oatmeal 🥣 would prevent me from wasting money daily on truck stop food

A food stop at any truck stop averages out to $20 since everything costs $3-$4 each, comes out to $100 or so per week maybe more with 5 days driving.

I noticed they let me get away with filling up my thermos with ice and the fountain drinks so that's a little it of saving. My phone charger wasn't working and a new cable ($24) and car charger ($30)totaled $60 the other day. I don't get it.
