How do you get them hooked up like this?

My 8 year old saw this in the parking lot and was asking how they were hooked together. I had no idea so we drove over and looked at the hitch setup.

Now he wants to know how you actually get them up there on the hitch? I said maybe they drive up on a ramp or use a crane to lift it or something but I will find out.

So how do you do it?

Also, is this some kid of joke? Why can't you say tr*ck on a trucker subreddit? Seems kinda trucked up…
