How can they see anything??

Saw this car hauler at a truck stop while out on training with my new company. Trainer agreed that there's no way they could see much out of that windshield (maybe a hundred feet or two?), but maybe there's something we're missing, since we aren't car haulers.

Yes, they drove off down the road like this, and didn't raise that car before moving.
