Death toll from catastrophic flooding in Spain continues rising | Floods

The death toll from severe flooding in Spain has risen to at least 158 people with the possibility of more bodies yet to be found. Residents in and around Valencia are directing their anger at authorities who gave little or no warning of the sudden disaster.
