Companies hiring rookies

So far I did my first month solo at Schneider and this is my biggest check ever so far 😂 I be running up that “on duty “ clock on they ass jus to get more $ but being a rookie in this industry isn’t easy . Drove 2500 miles in a week and got paid 1000$ after taxes . I definitely plan on leaving soon but is there anywhere I can go with better pay keep in mind I’m home biweekly too. Prime has always been my #1 go to company but at the time of me applying they wanted 6 months idk about now and I definitely wanna do tanker/hazmat soon I need something to put my foot in the door
