Any idea why this keeps happening

It only happens when I back , didn’t happen on first load that was 5800 lbs

This load however is damn near close to 34,000 on both drives and and tandems

I normally avoid reversing with heavy loads but I’m tired so don’t want to look for rest stop

Btw I know some of the comments might say easy on the throttle , I am , I’m barely giving it any
