1999 Freightliner FL60 – Flatbed Rollout

Hello, I bought this beautiful truck this past weekend to be a yard truck for my warehouse to load vehicles into the loading dock… and that's about it. If anyone has experience or knowledge both mechanical, electrical and modifications I would like to invest approximately $10K into the truck to bring it back to life. The whole electrical system is a birds nest and certain things like the headlights don't work. All the light bars and stuff do, I also wanted suggestions as to what to look out for, I know these trucks can last forever and I want to treat her right. I plan on repainting the outside and putting my business brand on the sides. Thank you so much in advance
