I bought this Trexonic Portable and the Amazon suggested magnetic mount antenna for camping. I received the additional antenna prior to receiving the TV. Come to find out that the TV did not include the extendable antenna in the picture, it came with a magnetic mount very similar to the one suggested by Amazon. Bottom line, don't buy the additional antenna until you get the TV or you may end up with two.

Picture quality is great. The supplied antenna picked up 63 channels in my area, though many were duplicates or channels on the fringe that didn't have acceptable audio/video. In all honesty, it was better than I expected. Remote works pretty well also, but you have to point it at just the right spot on the TV.

Using the USB port to play movies was my only disappointment. I had a 500gb SSD with most of my movies and the TV would see all the movies, but wouldn't play them. Thinking the drive was too big, I moved a couple of movies the a 32gb thumb drive, again no luck getting them to play. I contacted the manufacturer and they indicated that the drive would need to be 6gb or less to work properly. Since that is unacceptable, I'll just play them on the laptop I plan to take along. Problem solved.

All in all, I feel I got my money's worth. Not playing movies was not a deal killer for me, if it is for you you may want to consider other options.

Seems like a great little TV & would recommend so far... Perfect for my needs-which is mostly camping!
Picture quality is good & am able to mirror my phone with the use of an HDMI to universal usb-c to watch any streaming movies just fine. Just know that not all phones have this capability! I have a Samsung s20. Pretty sure most Samsung s series has this capability.
Not sure about battery life yet. I think it's only good for a couple hours, be nice if it lasted longer than that, but not super concerned.
Very good customer service.
Lastly, coating on screen is somewhat delicate- use only Windex and microfiber with light pressure!

Pretty Decent for a Portable TV

I purchased this tv because it was small, light-weight and portable (internal battery powered) and wanted to use it for tailgating at football games or to take on my back patio or put in my kitchen when cooking. It's super light-weight which makes it very easy to carry around. But you can also use a wall plug if you want to save the battery power. I don't like that the sound comes out of the back of the tv but I understand why it does. You might be able to hook up a portable speaker which would make it easier to hear but the sound quality is fairly decent for it's size. The remote has a lot of buttons that I have no idea what they're for so don't think it needs them all. It was a bit hard to figure out how to actually use it and scan for channels but I didn't expect it to operate like a large, expensive smart tv. It also comes with an adjustable stand so you can easily change the angle of the tv. The one big downside for me is the antenna. It's pretty cheap and flimsy so you have to be careful when storing it. I ended up buying a little larger, more sturdier one. I also was able to hook up a firestick and that works great if you want something in addition to the few channels (18) that it's able to pick up. You can also plug in a usb and hdmi cable as well as headphones and an sd card. I would definitely recommend this though if you want a fairly decent quality, small portable tv. I'm very happy with this purchase so far.

I don't have cable, and I bought this television, hoping I might get one or two network stations. I live way out in the country and did not have high hopes. Setup was incredibly easy! I get seven stations on it, including the one major network I was hoping for. The picture is fine, for a smaller screen. I like it because I can easily take it from one room to the other and just plug it in. A cool feature is that it has a battery backup, so if you lose power or you are someplace where there is no power, you can still watch it. The battery life was not quite as long as I expected, but to be fair; I was comparing it to a laptop. The only caveat is that if the antenna gets moved even a little bit, the picture breaks up. (Simple solution: just place antenna where it won't get bumped into!) Overall, I am very happy I made the purchase and I would buy it again!

Honestly did not expect much, but wanted something portable and easy for multiple devices. This works well for that. Note this is cheaper TN panel so viewing angles aren't great, but viewing straight on it's adequate, and really I wanted a portable monitor with many inputs, and this unit works well enough.

For those looking for a cable for the VGA (no cable is included) go to another marketplace (but not Amazon for some reason) and search for "Mini USB Male 5 pin To VGA D-SUB 15 pin Male Cable For Mobile DVD EVD". The important keywords is "DVD EVD" part as I am guessing the electronics of this are from those built in DVD players for cars, etc. I just got one for about $10 shipped and it works!

When shopping for a TV to install into a former ambulance that I am converting into an RV I needed a TV that ran on 12 volts and that would fit into a particular space. This one was the perfect size. Reception with an amplified antenna is good and I can get several stations free at no charge. Also FM radio. It takes minimal power, which is about 25 watts. It runs for a little over an hour on its internal battery, which does not matter, as I switch to the conversion batteries in the vehicle that does not drain the engine battery. While this is an unusual installation, it initially made me long for the day when TV cabinets were rectangular instead of an amorphous shape as is the current practice. It turns out that this matter was easy to resolve by placing an aluminum angle bracket at the top and bottom behind the set to hold it in place. Rubber weather stripping around the edges completed the installation. See photos.

I purchased this unit to use in our camper not expecting too much. The size is larger then our tablets and has a 12V power supply that was a nice unit.
When it arrived I plugged it in and tried it out. We live in a rural area and to my surprise picked up on local station with excelent picture quality and sound. I plugged in a USB with video on it and was happy with the quality.
I was going to buy a 22 inch TV and a TV mount but this would have been too large for our camper. I think this will work out well.
