Originally bought a unit to use on the back of my travel trailer but could not get the first one to connect to my iPhone 14 pro using the instructions that came with the unit. I ended up returning it and got a different unit. The company ended up sending me a new one to see if I could get that one connected. Couldn’t get it to connect using the included instructions but after messing around with the settings on my phone I was able to get it to connect. Now that I got it connected I will have to see which one I like better, I originally liked this one because I can use my phone as the monitor instead of having to add another that would end up being in my driving view. I give the overall product 4 stars and the customer service 5 stars.

Does work with Iphone 14

Ordered this camera because it had good ratings, had a little trouble getting it to work with my iPhone 14 , thought there must be a software issue. It shows up on my Wi-Fi as described and I downloaded the app. But it would not link up.
I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly with a link and instructions to delete and reinstall the app.
I have the cam working now, and have used it 2 different times, it functions as advertised with a very clear picture, no static, and works well mounted on the tailgate of my F150.
The magnet is very strong and does not damage my paint.
Good product , highly recommended.

Update 1…First of all I tried 3 different cameras (different manufacturers) that allowed for a full screen on my iPhone 13. The other two were a clipped box on the screen, even though they were not described that way. My reason for sending this one back is described below (initial review)
After reading my initial review (below) the company reached out to me immediately and offered to replace the unit stating the pink shading was due to a defective lens. To correct the intermittent signal they offered a different antenna to fix that problem.
I really wanted this unit to be a solution for me as it is a very robust metal case and long lasting battery and full screen display. I will update this further when I receive the replacement and try it out.

The picture is different shades of pink. It is not in color. The reception sometimes cuts out from 6 feet. I hope a replacement will cure this problem.

Will Not Stay Connected

I have a Ram 1500 pulling a 24′ boat and wanted to use to help when back the boat into areas. The camera would not stay connected to my phone for any length of time. Had to keep reconnecting only to get a feed for a few seconds and then it would drop out again. I finally gave up with trying to get it to work. Returning this product.

Weak wifi signal

I was excited when I first used this on the back of my truck, when hooking up my horse trailer. It seemed to work just fine for the truck distance. But, when I try to use it while mounted on the end of my horse trailer, (maybe 35-40 feet away, it does not connect to the wifi. The signal is too weak. Of course, I purchased this exactly 35 days ago so I am out of the return window. Very frustrating.
Edit: I was sent an extension cable for the antenna so I could place it closer to the drivers side of the truck, but the signal still keeps freezing and cutting out. I keep getting the “connect to wifi”, which was already connected. So, even with the extension, the signal keeps cutting out.
