Not only are we committed to beautiful artwork clean stitching and crisp hats but we also painstakingly remove every visor sticker and more importantly the glue left behind. After removing the visor sticker as well as the glue we brush each hat and use forced air to remove any thread or contaminants that have hitched a ride during the manufacturing process. Then we wrap your Larix hat in tissue paper before placing it in our custom box to keep it clean and safe during its long journey to you.
