A: The Explorer 1500 can charge/power devices that operate at less than 1800 watts and the total wattage of all connected devices should also be under 1800 watts as well. If the power requirement exceeds this limit, the Explorer 1500 will automatically shut off. Please check your device’s specifications before making a purchase.

Q2: How can I know the working time for my device?

A: You can calculate the working time using the formula: Working time = 1534Wh*0.85/operating power of your device. For example, if the power consumption of your device is 60W, the estimated working time would be approximately 21.7 hours. Please note that actual power consumption may vary based on different usage scenarios.

Q3: Can the Explorer 1500 can be used as UPS?

A: No, the E1500 can’t be used as UPS as it is required to press the power button to turn on the AC/USB/DC output.

Q4 :Why it takes a longer time to charge the power station from 80% to 100%?

When charging the power station at a low power, such as during the constant current stage, the charging power is at its maximum. As the power increases, the internal battery pack voltage of the energy storage gradually rises to the charging limit voltage, and then it enters the constant current stage where the charging power gradually decreases until it reaches full capacity. During the later stage of charging, the power gradually decreases. Please note that charging to 100% may take a considerable amount of time.
