I escaped the hell of trucking.

Got fired from Hirschbach Motor Lines on the 17th as a form of retaliation for whistleblowing. I reported them to FMCSA that they were manipulating drivers logs on the ELD turning on-duty time into off-duty in order to add time back onto the 70-hour cycle clock. They did it to my logs and I had proof and also have a recorded phone call of them admitting to it. They also stuff these papers in are permit books (see photo attachment) citing a fake FMCSR to trick driver into false logging for those who are uneducated. If you search the regulation in the photo you will find it doesn’t exist.

As a result of being fired, I am now in a Hybrid Corporate job for a national cable company/Internet Provider with amazing job security & benefits making over 100k a year. Home every night & some days I actually work from home.
