Might be my favourite new way to eat mussels. Steamed and threw in a bowl with ice to quickly cool down. In a pan I added butter, garlic powder, a lot of paprika, squeeze of honey, dollop of chilli oil, small splash of heavy cream, and a splash of soy sauce. Stirred the mussels in and plated with rice. I’ll be making them again tonight!
