Tagliatelle chicken pasta dish

I prepared the pasta, made the tomato sauce etc, for vegetables I used mainly broccoli along with carrots and some chopped malungguy. I threw the pasta along with the vegetables into the pot with some of the leftover pasta water, added white wine vinegar to taste, some lime juice and kept adding cream and reducing it with the lid at high heat until I used up all of the small packet. I grated a lot of parmesan into the whole thing after I reduced it and on top for garnish. For seasoning I went with salt, cardamom, black pepper and a tiny bit of horse radish near the end.
