I do intermodal in the Chicagoland area. I had heard about this in passing from my Fleet Manager, but then when I saw this sign, this confirmed the rumors. Crane operators and lift equipment drivers and yard drivers were accepting cash bribes under the table from truck drivers to get containers lifted off / on from their chassis. Very sad if you ask me.
