Home made dough, tomato mix base (canned plum blitzed with garlic, salt, pepper, basil, purée and capers), tuna & anchovies (mixed), onion, yellow pepper, chestnut mushrooms, black olives, mozzarella, olive oil, garlic salt and pepper on the crust and remaining drizzled over the top with a sprinkle of oregano. Air fried a mini focaccia with the intentional additional dough I had from the batch (yes, that’s a paella pan, always cooked our pizza in one, this actual one for last 30+ years lol).
