you can generally tell by the piping that it's a natural gas compressor vs an electrical distribution center. the structure built around the compressor provides insulation so that they can keep running around the clock in colder climates like North Dakota and Alberta. here's an old shot of 3 of 15 of them that we took from Colorado to North Dakota in 2020/2021.
