If the road-side(left side door) bottom Cam End Twisting Lock is broken off completely but the top Cam End Twisting Lock can still Lock the left door in flush, is this okay to haul or will DoT take issue with it?
Right side is normal and of course u have to open that side to even get to the left to open.
