XPO incompetent management “write up”

Even a 5th grader knows that any type of persuasive and non-ambiguous piece of writing should answer:

-what
-when
-where
-why
-how

the following "corrective action" is missing the equipment number (the what)!

this type of "professional" writing wouldn't hold-up on a court of law.

most managers at XPO moved up in the company because of buddies, buddies with someone in a higher position.

most managers don't have an advanced degree that could make them critical and analytical thinkers.
