No v1/v2 button as described in instructions which i dont think is the right instruction for this product can not connect to phone have to download a 3rd party app which is not in google play can not set clock no sound when playing music can not change language as described cameras does not have ir lights they are regular lights and stays on as soon as power on instructions are clueless like not the right instruction for system no sound bluetooth works but no sound incomplete product I liked the touch screen for anything you want to do was really hoping to enjoy it if they had finished program for this system would be a good product but as it is now i do not recommend it to anyone

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase, which turned out to be a very poor quality product. Unfortunately, the camera ceased to function properly within just 30 days of use, which is quite unacceptable given that a new product should ideally last much longer before experiencing any issues. From the get-go, the camera exhibited signs of inferior quality. It initially seemed to be working as expected, but it wasn’t long before I noticed a significant degradation in its performance. I encountered various glitches that progressively got worse, ultimately leading to a complete malfunction. This has not only been a letdown but also disrupted plans and moments that I intended to capture.

No worry about running out of cord. I wished it came with a front camera too. Had a hookup for the front cam but can’t seem to find the camera for the system.
