Quality but too heavy

My original microphone broke so I bought this unit. It is of high quality and works very well so there are no issues with functionality. But the picture is actually very misleading. The headphone part of it is actually four times larger than the picture and very heavy, not balanced well at all. It can easily fall off of a person’s head just by moving your head too fast in the wrong direction or up or down. I feel like I am an air traffic controller, not simply teaching over the Internet while wearing these. It’s so heavy that I’m constantly aware that I have this thing on my head. I bought something lighter and now use this unit as a backup when I am charging my new unit which is of regular size. If you’re really having problems hearing people, this might be the unit for you. If you’re not, then there’s no reason to have an earpiece this heavy and large. But once again, it does work fine technically.

I’m a commercial driver and have used another type of headset for years. A friend referred me to the COMEXION M100 Bluetooth headset. I was somewhat hesitant to purchase because of the low price. However, since using this product for about 2 weeks now, I am pleasantly surprised and now I am referring this product to other dri ers. The noise canceling feature is impeccable! People say that they can’t believe I’m on the road and not at home in my living room. I can hear my callers extremely well, too!!
As you can see, I am very pleased with my purchase. I will let you know later about durability in a few months. I work in a rugged environment.
Thanks for this headset, it keeps me legal and compliant.

Economy class, about what you’d expect

Okay, bought this out of the blue for the same basic reason most people did… it’s a lot cheaper than the mainstream units out there. Having said that, expectations should be set accordingly. Priced at approximately 20% (one-fifth (1/5)) of a recognized unit, it was certainly worth a look for me since I didn’t even know if I’d like the style. Plenty of good reviews out there for this unit, along with some bad.

My experience is that the headphones are pretty good for the money. The drivers are not particularly good, are certainly not very clear, but they are good enough for phone conversations, audiobooks, etc. The voice on power on and off is full of static and distortion, so that’ll be the first clue. The sound doesn’t get very loud, but decently so. I drive an 18 wheeler, so the sound is a bit more than your typical car, so it is a bit harder to hear from this unit when it’s noisy, but it does work.

The ear cushion is plenty soft, but I wouldn’t call it noise cancelling at all, but it is comfortable. If there’s any complaint, it retains some heat, but I don’t imagine there are ear cushions that don’t do that. The microphone (mic) seems to work very well. Everyone I talked to said things came out very clear and they did not hear any of the background noise. Pretty nice. The microphone itself is a bendable unit with the foam tip. I have had no problems with the cushion or the mic.

The controls on this unit are a bit flimsy. The main buttons are basic plastic and presses are weak and don’t have a lot of tactile feedback. They’re small ones set up on the sides of the main portion, with power on, power off, play, and stop all being on the minor button, and a semi-rocker switch for volume below that. A light thump one day rendered my volume buttons no longer tactile, though they still respond to pressure. I imagine that will go bad relatively soon. The main button on the side houses an LED inside to indicate charging (red), finished charging (solid blue), and on (blinking blue.) I think this is the answer call button or something, but I haven’t gotten it to work. To be fair, I haven’t read the instructions, and my tapping it doesn’t seem to do anything, so I just touch my phone screen to answer. I may just be using it wrong.

The main reason I bought one of these is battery life. My former earbuds last about 8 hours and that was probably more than I could stand having something jammed in my ear in any case. They claim 32 hours, I believe, and I am pretty sure I have exceeded that level of use. Great battery life. I used this unit for around a full work week, which is at least 46 hours, with pretty frequent use. Exactly what I needed.

To summarize (TL;DR): low to middling sound quality, great mic, good cushions, great battery life, lesser quality buttons, at a great price. For this price point, this is a pretty good deal.

I’ve had this headset for about six months now and it’s been nothing but durable and the connectivity on it is amazing people ask me sometimes if I’m sitting in a quiet room. I’m a truck driver and I hung this on my front mirror one time and drove through a thunderstorm and until people honked at me and let me know that my headset was on the front of my truck. I stopped and grabbed it off and it still works amazing like it never happened. Lol all I’m saying is get it and it’s half the price of all the others !

It works great for working from home!

I work from home and I need two hands available for paperwork and the ability to answer the phone hands free. This works for that purpose, but I wouldn’t say it’s completely noise cancelling because I’ve asked the other person on the line if they can hear me typing, and they almost always say yes, and I’m doing it quietly. It’s still masks noise, but not perfectly. The buttons work as designed with answering the call, muting it and changing the volume. It even tells you when mute is on and off my verbally telling you in the ear piece. I should also say that I can hear the people on the other end of the line perfectly fine with no static or distortion. There was no static of any kind at all while using this device.

The pairing of the device was very easy to do and took about 10 seconds. The instructions are very clear. It comes with two different ways to charge it, I’ve posted both options in a picture above. It’s extremely comfortable and the ear piece is very soft. The mic is easily adjustable so it can be moved away or toward your mouth quickly. The part that is opposite from the mic that sits on your head feels like a foam piece and not a hard piece of plastic, so it’s very comfortable and doesn’t feel like it’s hurting while wearing the device. Outside of it not being as noise cancelling as I’d hoped for, it’s a solid piece of equipment and I’m very happy I purchased it.

I bought 7 of this headsets for myself and friends the first one I bought in 2021 and still working fine 🔥 excepto for the battery life getting shorter and the button getting hard to press but hey it lasted 2 long years of heavy use and abuse I dropped it countless times and the only damage is button this is the best headset I ever head
